Seaview Hotel Redevelopment, Townsville

BCG Consultants worked with Martin Cosgrove & Associates to complete the onsite civil and structural inspections for this project from March 2020 until June 2021.

The scope of works included drainage, concrete structures, retaining walls, block walls, concrete pavements and assembly of steel structures.

It was important to be familiar with the project documentation and accurately record and issue any required actions or rectifications via site inspection reports.

A good working relationship was maintained with the site contractor to ensure works were appropriately planned and executed to the required standards.
